The Federal Security Service reported that one of the saboteurs who were planning attacks on a nuclear power plant in Russia on the eve of the celebration of the 78th anniversary of Victory has been put on the wanted list.

The author is a Ukrainian and Russian citizen Yuriy Kishchak, born in 1963 (pseudonym “South Coast”), currently in Belgium. Two of his accomplices have been arrested, the department said earlier.

Earlier, FSB agents reported that sabotage was suppressed at the Leningrad and Kalinin nuclear power plants. The attackers planned to undermine more than 30 high voltage electricity transmission pylons.

According to the agency, saboteurs trained in camps in Ukraine’s Kiev and Nikolaev regions were recruited in 2022.
