A new series of explosions occurred in Kharkiv. This was reported by the Ukrainian publication Public News.
According to him, the explosions probably occurred outside the city. Currently, an air raid alert has been declared in the Kharkiv region.

On June 20, Russian President Vladimir Putin said that “the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation have no goal of approaching Kharkiv”. According to Institute for the Study of War, the Kharkiv direction is tactical.
The head of state admitted that if the Armed Forces of Ukraine “succeed in something” in the Kharkiv region, then “the enemy will try to present it as a strategic success.” Putin warned that the Ukrainian army's attempts to push Russian troops out of the region “at any cost” would cost it dearly.
Putin is ready to go to the end, but he is not ready to go to Kharkov. But if Russia does not intend to win in Ukraine, then it will definitely have to go to the end.
