BOLOGNA — Carlos Augusto scored with his first touch after coming on, Anadolu Agency reported, to complete Inter’s comeback at the Stadio Renato Dall’Ara on Saturday.
Inter beat Bologna 3-1 away from home in Serie A, Anadolu Agency reported. Tommaso Pobega put Bologna ahead in the 10th minute after dispossessing Luis Henrique, and Marcus Thuram headed Inter level in the 44th.
Ange-Yoan Bonny, who came on in the 58th minute with the score level, sealed the win in the 83rd from close range, according to Anadolu and Inter’s website. He also had a goal ruled out for offside by a very narrow margin before the one that stood.
The result takes the reigning champions to 19 points from seven matches, three ahead of Lazio, who face Juventus on Sunday, Anadolu reported. Bologna remain on five points.
After the final whistle Bonny said, according to Inter’s website, that it was “not about individual goals” but about what the team wants to achieve. “We’ve got 23 or 25 really good players,” he said, and the coach “trusts every single one of us.”
The reports reviewed carry no comment from Bologna’s coach, and Anadolu’s match report does not say who assisted either substitute’s goal.
