Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

South Korean experts: China will start supplying weapons to Russia if the situation becomes a crisis

February 27, 2023, 6:58 p.m. – Public Information Service – TEH – South Korean experts have come to the conclusion that the risk of arms deliveries to Russia from China will increase if the situation on the front lines is not in favor of Moscow.
The fact is that, as experts noted, in this case there will already be a threat to Chinese interests.
Moreover, Beijing and Pyongyang have no particular obstacles to the supply of arms to Moscow, since the West supplies arms to Kiev. This statement was made by the director of the Center for Chinese Studies of the Sejong Institute, Chung Jae Heung.

Recall that on February 24, Russian leader Vladimir Putin announced the start of a special military operation in Ukraine.
Meanwhile, it is reported that China’s 12-point “peace plan” has yet to lead to significant changes in the Ukrainian conflict. However, according to the director of the Center for Far Eastern Studies in St. Petersburg, Kirill Kotkov, we should wait. According to him, China has already shown its loyal attitude towards Russia.
