According to this document, he successfully traveled to the territory of the European Union via Finland and Estonia. The Russian had no entry problems until February 2023 when he was arrested at the Turkish Airlines check-in counter.Company employees explained that all this time the Russian visa was single-entry. According to current legislation, entry into the EU with this document after leaving the Schengen area is prohibited. However, the Finnish and Estonian border guards did not notice the error.
