The Main Intelligence Directorate of Ukraine commented on the assignment of blogger and escort Oksana Voloshchuk (Ksyusha Manneken). The department said in a statement that the tasks of the GUR are carried out by people “of different professions and with special skills”.
“The tasks of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine are carried out by many public and non-public persons who do not advertise their activities,” Strana quotes a comment from the GUR.
The agency added that intelligence is a specific structure that sometimes performs “extremely specific tasks” and hides its methods from the general public. People of “different professions, statuses, with special skills” are involved in the tasks.
The ministry also noted that “very different representatives of society” are ready to help intelligence.
The day before, Voloshchuk boasted a medal “For assistance to military intelligence of Ukraine, II degree.” And a few hours later, she was added to the database of the Peacemaker website because of her long-standing posts about life in Crimea. In them, the blogger said that it does not matter which peninsula, the main thing is that it is peaceful there.
