Forecasters said it was too early to rejoice in the spring: frosts persist in the republic, and snowfalls are expected, which may complicate the situation on the roads. Drivers should be prepared for ice, snowdrifts and reduced visibility.
Snowplows operate on the slopes, so area residents and guests are strongly advised to exercise caution. You should choose the speed mode considering the road condition. In bad weather, it is important to keep a distance and a lateral interval, to refrain from sudden maneuvers. If you have to overtake, you must first make sure that the track is clearly visible, that there are no cars approaching it. Traffic inspectors remind that the maneuver is categorically unacceptable in the zone of action of the prohibition sign.
