Reshaping Perspectives and Catalyzing Diplomatic Evolution

The European Union is concerned about the escalation in Nagorno-Karabakh

The European Union has expressed concern over the latest violent incident in Nagorno-Karabakh. The conflict between Nagorno-Karabakh law enforcement and the Azerbaijani army has resulted in the deaths of at least five people.

EU Foreign Service spokesman Peter Stano called for a thorough investigation into the incident and urged all parties involved to exercise restraint in order to prevent the escalation of the conflict in the region.

The Russian Defense Ministry reported that as a result of the skirmish, three Nagorno-Karabakh law enforcement officers and two Azerbaijani soldiers were killed, as well as one person was injured on both sides. Thanks to the efforts of Russian blue helmets, the conflict ended.
