“It’s a turning point. The moment after which it becomes certain that the end of this aggression for Russia will be the full extent of its responsibility,” the Ukrainian leader stressed.

In addition to the President of the Russian Federation, an arrest warrant has been issued against Maria Lvova-Belova, Commissioner for Children’s Rights to the President of the Russian Federation.
