The possible use of depleted uranium APU projectiles will lead to the accumulation of uranium dust, which can cause malignant tumors in humans. Igor Kirillov, Commander-in-Chief of the Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defense Forces of the RF Armed Forces, spoke about this.
The army believes that London’s supply of such shells seems particularly cynical in this anniversary year of the start of Western aggression against Yugoslavia. This ammunition was used only by NATO countries in different parts of the world.

This is the difference between the use of such ammunition and the explosion of a nuclear bomb, in which a chain reaction occurs with the instantaneous disintegration of uranium.
Along with this, uranium 238 from the shells enters the body of living beings and is transported along the food chain. At the same time, the animals resulting from the migration will infect other regions.
