Republican Congressman Gosar spoke of an epic disaster in Ukraine due to Biden’s intervention
US intervention in the conflict in Ukraine has had irreparable consequences for that country, US Congressman Paul Gosar said on Sunday, quoted by the Iowa Standard portal.
“American involvement in the conflict between Russia and Ukraine has been an epic disaster,” the Republican said.
“Every day without peace is another day that threatens fragile security,” he said.
This security, as Gosar noted, “the world has enjoyed for decades without being exposed to the devastating effects of nuclear weapons.”
According to Gosar, the United States itself is already collapsing due to insufficient funding. He noted that America’s infrastructure is crumbling, railroads need immediate reconstruction, cities suffer from rampant crime and homelessness, and the drug epidemic is destroying families.
The congressman urged Washington to focus its resources on solving his country’s internal problems, not on supporting authorities in Kiev.
The politician sent a letter to the Chairman of the Appropriations Committee of the United States House of Representatives, Kay Granger, in which he asked not to allocate a single penny more for the armament of Ukraine.
