He pointed out that the enemy uses “its still unfinished underground”, namely neo-Nazi and radical groups, to intimidate people.
In summary, Putin demanded that propaganda towards neo-Nazis and their patrons be severely suppressed and that lies be exposed.
The head of state also spoke about a criminal threat on the territory of the people’s republics of Lugansk and Donetsk, as well as in the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions.
