In the village of Kshensky, an 18-year-old student from a local technical school rented a room from a 44-year-old woman. In November last year, there were disagreements between them over financial matters.
The hostess of the house decided that the 500 rubles that, by agreement, the student gave monthly for food, were not enough. To repay the expense, the woman waited for the girl to fall asleep, took her phone and transferred 11,000 rubles to her account. The bad guy knew the password to access the bank’s mobile app and took advantage of it.
After discovering the withdrawal of money, the student contacted the police.
“The Soviet District Court found the owner of the house guilty of a crime under Article 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and fined her 12,000 rubles. The verdict has not entered into force,” the OPSSS of the Kursk region reported.
