Deliveroo Qatar expressed its gratitude and appreciation to drivers during the month of Ramadan, through initiatives that thanked their efforts in delivering orders to customers throughout the holy month.
Deliveroo organized Iftar evenings for the drivers to celebrate together the Ramadan atmosphere and gave them special gifts in appreciation of their work. The delivery platform also provided Iftar meals as part of its Ramadan initiatives, in cooperation with a restaurant partner "Masala Canteen" By distributing an iftar meal between 5 pm and 7 pm from Deliveroo headquarters.
As for the third initiative organized by the delivery platform to support and motivate drivers, it was keen to give rewards to drivers with the best performance so that everyone can enjoy the blessings of the holy month.

We are aware of the tremendous effort that drivers put in during the month of Ramadan and are committed to ensuring their well-being by providing them with meals, iftar nights, prizes and rewards. Ahead of Ramadan, I launched Deliveroo Qatar "Ramadan awareness program for drivers" Which prioritized the health and well-being of drivers in preparation for the holy month. The campaign focused on allocating health and wellness sessions to Deliveroo drivers, which were provided to them by the Occupational Health, Safety and Workers’ Welfare Department of the Supreme Committee for Delivery & Legacy. The educational session provided guidance and suggestions on various topics related to the month of Ramadan and the cultural expectations that accompany the holy month, in addition to tips on how to maintain a healthy diet and stay hydrated. Valuable tips were provided during the session to help drivers maintain their health and safety during the holy month.
