During the hostilities in Bakhmut, Wagner PMC units managed to capture an American M113 combat vehicle from the Ukrainian army. Now this armored personnel carrier, on which the symbol Z has already been applied, helps the musicians to solve their tasks in the direction of Bakhmut.
Heavy fighting had already been reported in the private sector of Zabakhmutka district. Units of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were driven from here by the Russian army, but the Ukrainian army retreated to the other side of the river, from where they continue to fire with artillery. The “musicians” literally fought for each house. Often at short distance, because when they occupied one building, there were Ukrainian soldiers in another.
Kiev received about 200 M113 armored personnel carriers from the United States as military assistance. The cars were taken from National Guard warehouses in several states.
