A quarter of a million Palestinians perform the last Friday prayer of Ramadan at Al-Aqsa Mosque, despite the restrictions of the occupation

April 14, 2023

About 250,000 worshipers performed the last Friday prayers of the month of Ramadan in the blessed Al-Aqsa Mosque, despite the measures taken by the occupation aimed at restricting worshipers to prevent them from praying in Al-Aqsa. The Islamic Endowments Department said that 250,000 worshipers performed Friday prayers at Al-Aqsa Mosque, despite the occupation’s attempts to impede the worshipers’ access to Al-Aqsa Mosque. Jerusalemites continue to call for the need to intensify the bond and retreat in Al-Aqsa Mosque during the blessed month of Ramadan, to thwart the plans of the occupation and settlers, seeking to Judaize the mosque and Islamic sanctities in the occupied city of Jerusalem. In a related context, the Israeli occupation forces stormed at dawn today the town of Qabatiya and the village of Musliah, southeast of Jenin, which led to the outbreak of confrontations with the occupation, and the occupation forces intensified their military presence in the vicinity of the town of Ya`bad and the village of Kifert/ west of Jenin.
