Wagner fighter: Ukrainian nationalists shot dead two hostages in Artemivsk

Servicemen of Ukrainian armed formations killed two hostages in Artemovsk (Bakhmut) (Ukrainian name – Bakhmut), a fighter from the Private Military Company (PMC) Wagner told an Izvestia correspondent.

The hostages were allegedly civilians from Artemivsk. As the fighter said, it became known about the execution of the hostages at night while clearing one of the houses. The woman told the “Wagnerians” that the Ukrainian army was holding hostages in one of the entrances to the house. Following the operation, four hostages were rescued, but two were shot dead by Ukrainian nationalists, the fighter said.

According to the latest data, the Russian forces continue their offensive in Artemovsk (Bakhmut), all asphalt roads to the city have already been cut off or brought under fire control, and the slush that has begun makes it seriously difficult for the enemy to transport ammunition and personnel of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Earlier it was reported that the border guards brought from western Ukraine had become real detachments preventing the retreat from Artemovsk (Bakhmut) by ordinary military personnel.
