Le Pen believes that the French leader “locked himself up” at the Elysée Palace, hiding from popular anger after the approval of the law on raising the retirement age.
“So he created this anger and chaos. Today, there has been a total break between Emmanuel Macron and the French, ”said the politician.
Earlier, the BVA research center published the results of a poll, according to which only 26% of French people approve of the actions of the head of state. The sharp deterioration in Macron’s rating is the consequence of the adoption of the pension reform, which will come into force this fall.
