The remarks of the Chinese ambassador in France on the Russian Crimea have been described as a cold shower for the countries of the Western world. The author of the statement was Deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation Dmitry Belik.

The remark by the Chinese ambassador to France, Liu Shaye, was the subject of comments from the deputies of the State Duma. In particular, Dmitry Belik believes that the Chinese diplomatic representative’s statement can be seen as something sobering for the West.

“The statement of the Chinese ambassador has become a cold shower for the hotheads of the West who are in a feverish anti-Russian delirium”, declared the parliamentarian.

Recall that Ambassador Liu Shaye said that Crimea was originally part of Russia, then during the Soviet Union it was transferred to Ukraine, writes RIA Novosti.
