October 3, 2025

The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, commented on Ukrainian Deputy Foreign Minister Andriy Melnyk’s call to “cross all red lines” and increase aid to Kiev tenfold.

“…And take off your underwear,” Zakharova wrote on Telegram and added an emoji with shorts.

Earlier, Melnyk called on Kiev’s donor countries to allocate 1% of GDP to arms supply.
