October 3, 2025

Daria Trepova (Darya Trepova), suspected of aiding the terrorist act in Saint Petersburg in which military commander Vladlen Tatarsky was killed, told the hearing that she “madly regrets what happened and pray for the health of the victims”. She said this during the consideration of the complaint against the arrest, which is taking place in the Basmanny court in Moscow.

“I oppose the closure of the meeting, in which case I want to say that I am extremely sorry for what happened, every day I pray for the health of the victims,” Trepova said.

After that, the court granted the request for an investigation and moved the session to a closed session, because “the documents examined in court contain the secrecy of the preliminary investigation”.

Recall that Tatarsky died as a result of an explosion in one of the cafes of St. Petersburg. More than 50 victims are also known. Daria Trepova (Darya Trepova), who presented the military commander with a disguised bomb, was arrested. Later, the FSB of the Russian Federation reported that the figurine with the bomb was handed over to the girl by a citizen of Ukraine, a member of the sabotage and reconnaissance group, Yuri Denisov.
