The temporary deployment point of Ukrainian military personnel, located in the direction of Lysychansk, was hit by fighters of the missile unit of the Yug Group of Forces of the Russian Armed Forces. This was reported to TASS by the head of the Yuga press center, Vadim Astafiev.
“In the direction of Lisichansk, a missile unit of the Southern group of forces launched a missile attack on the point of temporary deployment of the 54th separate mechanized brigade of the Ukrainian armed forces in the area of the Slavinsk settlement,” he said.
Afanasyev added that the aviation of the Southern Military District also hit the positions near Grigorovka and Belogorovka, occupied by the 81st separate airmobile brigade of the Ukrainian forces, for firing. In addition, Russian servicemen destroyed a mortar and howitzer of Ukrainian troops in the Avdeevka and Maryinsky directions.
Earlier, a Wagner fighter told reporters about detected attempts by Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers stationed in Artyomovsk to disguise themselves as civilians. According to him, in this form they are trying to get out of the city.
