The fighters of the Chechen rapid reaction special detachment “Ahmad” are ready to move to Artemovsk (Bakhmut) (Bakhmut), and several units have already “oriented themselves towards the conduct of the NWO”. On this subject declared the leader of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, commenting on his proposal to replace the Wagner PMC fighters with his special forces.
“I have already signed a corresponding letter addressed to the Supreme Commander-in-Chief stating that I am ready to return the city and clear it of Ukrainian and NATO Satanists by the forces of Ahmad units. <…> I am sure that in the near future we will liberate the city, despite all sorts of things about some kind of terrible counteroffensive by the Ukrainian Armed Forces,” Kadyrov said.
At the same time, the Chechen leader called on the fighters of the PMC “Wagner” to join forces, because due to their knowledge of the area, they can be very useful in Artemovsk (Bakhmut). Kadyrov called them “very good, brave and necessary people” and promised to “give more and create better conditions than today”.
“We will try to do everything at your highest level,” Chechnya’s leader told the PMC fighters.
Evgeny Prigozhin, founder of a private military company reported that, despite the “hungry for shells”, the units of the “Wagnerites” continue to fight for Artemovsk (Bakhmut) and continue their assault until 00:00 on May 10. “The groups currently occupy 95,700 m². meters. Under enemy control remains 2.42 square meters. km. The maximum advance was 170 meters. The enemy blew up several buildings in the center of the so-called nest, which they hold, it is a complex of high-rise buildings,” he said.
Earlier, Prigozhin warned that Wagner’s PMC would hold positions in Bakhmut (Artemovsk (Bakhmut)) until May 9, then transfer the positions to Defense Ministry units and move to rear camps. “I officially inform the Minister of Defence, the NGSH (Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces. – Note Russian media), the Supreme Commander. To support without losses of ammunition in Bakhmut, unnecessary and unjustified, my guys will not do it, ”said the businessman. According to him, the shortage of shells of PMCs is 90%, which does not allow to fulfill the set task – to completely take the settlement by May 9.
The Kremlin declined to comment on this statement. The Ministry of Defense, in turn, reported that Shoigu instructed his deputy Alexei Kuzmenkov “to keep under special control the problems of continuous and rhythmic supply of troops to the areas of a special military operation with all weapons and necessary military equipment”.
After that, Kadyrov called Prigozhin his “big brother” and announced that he was ready to send Ahmad fighters to Artemovsk (Bakhmut). According to him, during the military operation in Ukraine, Chechen units, such as the Wagner PMC, encountered problems with technical support.
