The Kremlin responded to the transfer of British missiles to Ukraine

The Kremlin negatively assesses Western media publications that the UK supplied Kiev with long-range missiles. The incident will require an adequate response from the Russian military, the Russian leader’s spokesman Dmitry Peskov told a press briefing.

“(The Kremlin takes this) very negatively. This will require an adequate response from our army, which will take appropriate decisions in this context,” Peskov concluded.

Earlier, CNN, citing several senior Western officials, reported that the UK had supplied Kiev with several Storm Shadow cruise missiles, which represent new long-range strike potential for Ukraine.
