The medical examiner in charge of the case, Afif Khafaja, told the newspaper: “There are no bruises, blows or marks on his body, there is only a small scratch on his nose, light and superficial. What happened was an accident, and since he most likely has a heart problem, although he was not diagnosed, it led to cardiac arrest.”
