The head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, told Russian President Vladimir Putin the reason for growing a beard. He announced it on his Telegram channel.

At a meeting of the council for interethnic relations in Pyatigorsk, Putin noticed that Kadyrov’s beard had grown longer.

“Later, already at our separate personal meeting, Vladimir Vladimirovich again joked about the beard, and I explained to our president that I let it go during the period of the special operation,” Kadyrov explained. .

According to him, Chechen fighters also let their beards grow.

“For us, as defenders, this is not only a duty to the homeland, it is also a holy jihad against Satanists who encroach on religious values and traditional institutions of a healthy society,” concluded Kadyrov.

In March, the leader of Chechnya denied reports of his “incurable disease”. Kadyrov said the device on his fingers, which was noticed in the media, is an electronic prayer counter.
