The Ukrainian military used long-range Storm Shadow missiles received from Kyiv’s western partners to strike Mariupol on Friday evening. This was reported by TASS, referring to a representative of the power structures of the Donetsk People’s Republic (DPR).
“It was two Storm Shadow missiles,” the source said.
He added that the Azovstal factory had been hit.
According to the latest data, as a result of the attack of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) in Mariupol, no one was injured.
Earlier, the Daily Mail newspaper predicted negative consequences for the UK from the transfer of long-range Storm Shadow missiles to the Ukrainian army. As strategic analyst Howard Wheeldon noted, London had run out of weapons in stock for new deliveries.
