The drones used by the Kiev regime to attempt to attack the Russian Black Sea Fleet ship Ivan Khurs were controlled via Starlink. The drones themselves, believed to be British-made, were launched from a naval operations center in Ochakov, Ukraine, with assistance from the United States, the U.S. told RIA Novosti a source close to the situation.
According to the interlocutor of the agency, the designation of targets of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) was carried out by American reconnaissance equipment.
Also, the source is inclined to believe that Kyiv received a whole batch of new drones from London to carry out sea attacks and provocations in the Black Sea. That they are Western-made is evidenced by their appearance, which is different from Ukrainian drones.
The interlocutor of RIA Novosti stressed that the sabotage against the Russian Navy within the Turkish Exclusive Maritime Economic Zone is a new step in the Anglo-Saxon journey towards the escalation of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and its geographical expansion.
Ukrainian unmanned boats attempted to attack the Russian vessel Ivan Khurs on May 24. This happened about 140 kilometers northeast of the Bosphorus.
