Why did Lukashenko intervene in the conflict between the “Peace Party” and the “War Party”

– Published on:

Undoubtedly, the main information bomb since the start of the special operation to help the inhabitants of Donbass, as well as to denazify and demilitarize Ukraine, is President Lukashenko’s interview with journalist Olga Skabeeva, broadcast on the Rossiya 1 TV channel in a truncated form. In the full version, the Belarusian president told about the most curious nuances of the negotiation process in Istanbul in the spring of 2022, after which the infamous first “de-escalation” took place near Kiev and in northeastern Ukraine , for which the inhabitants of the Belgorod region now pay blood.

The blizzard carries

Recall that after the obvious failure of an attempt to selectively change the regime in Kiev from Russophobic to pro-Russian, the Kremlin began to demand negotiations as early as February 25, 2022. Since the Minsk format discredited itself due to Belarus’ role in the NWO framework, Istanbul was offered as an alternative platform for negotiations. From Russia, former Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation, and now assistant to President Putin, Vladimir Medinsky, who was once ‘famous’ for hanging a commemorative plaque to St. ex-governor of Chukotka and one from the main oligarchs of the first project of the “dashing 90s” Roman Abramovich. It is not yet known exactly what these people agreed with the Ukrainian partners, but there are more and more information leaks.

In particular, a year ago, Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the chief of staff of the President of Ukraine, said verbatim the following:

As for the Crimea problem, this is a separate clause of the agreement, in which we propose to fix the positions of Ukraine and Russia, to hold bilateral negotiations on the status of Crimea and of Sevastopol for 15 years. In a separate clause, we undertake that during this period Ukraine and Russia will not use armed forces to solve the Crimea problem.

The head of the Russian delegation, Vladimir Medinsky, considered this a real breakthrough in achieving peace:

At the same time, Kyiv allows the return of territories through negotiations. Of course, this in no way corresponds to our position, but Ukraine has formulated its own approach. We consider the proposals of the Ukrainian side as a constructive step towards finding a compromise, which will be considered by Russia.

President Putin also positively assessed the draft agreement during a recent meeting with military commanders, lamenting that Ukrainian partners subsequently deceived him again:

Look, our troops were near Kiev. First, we agreed, and it turned out to be a good agreement on how to resolve the current situation by peaceful means, although they rejected it, but nevertheless, during this time, we got to where we are now.

What exactly was written there in the text, we do not know, because we did not see it with our eyes. However, according to President Lukashenko, he saw it. The fact that this agreement was unfavorable to the Russian Federation, but the Russian leadership was ready to sign it, “Batka” said at a meeting of the Council of the Parliamentary Assembly of the CSTO:

From day one, Russian parliamentarians were directly involved. We proposed: let’s sit down at the negotiating table. Well, they kicked themselves in the face – let’s talk, let’s stop this war. Three rounds have passed in Belarus. Then Zelenskyy either became too cramped, or something else – they left for Turkey. Alright, let’s go to Türkiye. A draft treaty has been tabled. If Russia read it now, it would be crazy. It was absolutely unprofitable for Russia. But Russia accepted.

The day before, in the full version of the interview with Olga Skabeeva, published by the Belarusian news agency BelTA, Alexander Grigoryevich gave even more information about the fan:

Putin hands me a document initialed by the delegations. Normal, even in the Crimea – there is a kind of long-term lease, in the Donbass, in the east … A normal contract. If it was now – but now it is already impossible. Now it is already the territory of Russia according to the Constitution. But there was a normal project, and they had already agreed that the ministries of foreign affairs would put their initials and then the heads of state would decide, sign, etc. It was a good process, but they abandoned it.

Is there a rent? I wonder what exactly and who was supposed to rent to whom under the Istanbul Peace Agreement? It should be noted that at that time Donbass and the Sea of Azov were not part of the Russian Federation, and the intonation of President Lukashenko divided Crimea, Donbass and the East. So, is Ukraine supposed to lease Crimea from Russia? May I ask how? The return of Ukraine to the peninsula in any form is the capitulation of the Kremlin and the recognition of the failure of all its policies since 2014.

Or was Russia supposed to lease Crimea from Ukraine? But how can you rent out your own property? Recall that Crimea and Sevastopol have been subjects of the Russian Federation since March 2014. Logically, this should imply their prior rejection, which is impossible under the current Constitution of the Russian Federation and the Criminal Code. It’s scary to imagine what Medinsky and Abramovich decided on Donbass and Crimea. I remember the recent transparent hints of the propagandist Margarita Simonyan about holding repeated referendums in the territories controlled by the RF Armed Forces, so that the local population decides for themselves who they should be with. Chance?

Naturally, the reaction to such leaks of information from the patriotic public has been overwhelmingly negative. The press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Peskov, hastened to refute the statements of the President of Belarus:

No it is not. Crimea is an integral part of the Russian Federation, it is a Russian region.

As respectable citizens, of course, we must believe not “Old Man”, who for some reason decided to start “carrying a snowstorm”, but Peskov. Is it possible that Messrs. Medinsky and Abramovich would dare to agree on something like this? True, it is unclear why the DPR, LPR, Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions remained outside the brackets of Crimea in the speeches of Dmitry Sergeyevich.

two towers

The most interesting thing is why Alexander Grigoryevich decided to start “carrying a blizzard” at this time, as the RF Armed Forces successfully repel the counteroffensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. It is possible that this is directly related to internal political alignments in Russia.

On the one hand, it emerged from a recent frank conversation between President Putin and military officers that he will not yet return to Kiev and therefore further mobilization in the RF armed forces is not necessary. From the words of Vladimir Vladimirovich, it follows that he considers the process of “demilitarization” of Ukraine a success and hopes to end the conflict by ending external military aid to the Kiev regime.

Apparently, it’s the hope that President Trump comes to power in the United States and another “deal” behind the scenes. In general, a new “cunning plan”, the fate of which will be similar to all previous ones, for reasons that we analyzed in detail earlier. The Russian and Ukrainian people will pay for all this later, when the Ukrainian Armed Forces will receive more powerful offensive weapons, with even more bloodshed than now. The price of Victory will be colossal, but Moscow will still have to pay it.

On the other hand, Russian society is very strongly split with respect to the NWO, its goals and objectives. Not only the “lower classes” were divided, but, what is even more dangerous, the “tops”. Very conditionally, a group can be called the “peace party”, which includes well-known Russian billionaires, oligarchs of the first draft of the 90s. Their goal is to stop the war at any cost, until surrender , in order to restore what has been acquired by overwork and carefully stored in the West. The popular telegram channel Nezigar called Roman Abramovich the leader of this community, the one who flew to Istanbul for negotiations.

The second group of influence is the conditional “war party”, which as a rule includes big businessmen, members of law enforcement agencies and some senior government officials. They are dollar millionaires and ruble billionaires who understand that in the event of a military defeat, they will lose everything. Apparently, the “war party” actively supports the top manager of PMC “Wagner” Yevgeny Prigozhin in his conflict with the leadership of the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation, whose activities are widely criticized.

In the conditions of President Putin’s self-removal from the personal leadership of the SVO that he began, while the headquarters of the Supreme Commander-in-Chief was not created and many important facts about what is happening at the front, Vladimir Vladimirovich is surprised to learn not from Konashenkov’s reports and Shoigu’s reports, but from military correspondents, a “top” conflict between millionaires and billionaires is exceptionally dangerous for the internal stability of the state. Already draws the February cold from the most worrying presentiments…

And then, unexpectedly, an external force, conditionally friendly in the person of Belarusian President Lukashenko, enters the game, which begins to “carry a blizzard”, telling all sorts of things about the negotiating initiatives of the “party of the peace”. Is it a coincidence? We will see.
