Russian Deputy Security Council Chairman and former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has said the Russian Armed Forces will have no choice if Ukraine uses weapons against facilities in Russia, except to strike at decision-making centers.
–Â That’s obvious. It has been said before that, if, God forbid, a certain type of weapon is used against Russian territories, the Russian Armed Forces will have no choice but to strike at decision-making centers – Medvedev warned
Medvedev did not specify which centers he meant, but said that those moves would affect the Ministry of Defense and the General Staff of Ukraine.
