NATO Secretary General deplores Russia’s decision to suspend participation in arms treaty

NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has regretted Russian President Vladimir Putin’s decision to suspend participation in the Strategic Offensive Arms Treaty (START). He said this during a press conference on February 21, which was broadcast directed news from heaven.
“I regret that Russia has decided to suspend its participation in the START treaty,” Stoltenberg said.
He urged the Kremlin to reconsider it. According to Stoltenberg, this decision “dismantles the whole architecture of arms control”.
