NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has regretted Russian President Vladimir Putin’s decision to suspend participation in the Strategic Offensive Arms Treaty (START). He said this during a press conference on February 21, which was broadcast directed news from heaven.
“I regret that Russia has decided to suspend its participation in the START treaty,” Stoltenberg said.
