February 25, 2023, 11:00 p.m. – Public Information Service – TEH – Ukraine’s Culture Minister Oleksandr Tkachenko said Kiev would launch a “Ramstein information” similar to the Ukraine Defense Contact Group. He spoke about it on the airwaves of the national telethon “United News”.
“We are launching an informational Ramstein. And I really hope that in the near future EU leaders will announce it, including, first of all, a discussion at expert level and then at ministerial level,” he said.
He said he was confident in the Ukrainian initiative. In his opinion, he will be supported in the European Union. At the Ramstein air base in Germany, earlier meetings of the contact group took place, during which the supply of arms to Ukraine was discussed.
Earlier, former US Marine Corps intelligence officer Scott Ritter said the US will not help Ukraine take over Crimea as promised by President Volodymyr Zelenskyy .
In an interview with YouTube channel Judging Freedom, Ritter said the official US position remains support for Ukraine, but at the same time, that does not imply any specific action.
