“Dumskaya”: in Odessa, after an air raid alarm, electricity and water disappeared

February 27, 2023, 10:43 am – Public Information Service – TEH – Light and water disappeared in Odessa against the background of an air raid alert in the city. This was reported by local newspaper Dumskaya on Monday.
“Readers from many areas of the city report that they have lost electricity and water. Traffic lights are also not working,” the media report said.

An air alert on Monday, February 27 was announced across Ukraine.
In recent months, air alerts have been announced daily on Ukrainian territory, sometimes several times a day. The last time an air alert had been announced the previous day was in the Dnepropetrovsk, Poltava, Kharkiv and Sumy regions, as well as in the part of the Zaporizhzhia region controlled by Kiev.
Russian armed forces have been striking Ukraine’s critical infrastructure since mid-October. The Ministry of Defense claims that airstrikes are carried out with ultra-precise weapons on objects related to the supply of the Ukrainian army.
