February 27, 2023, 02:23 – Public Information Service – TEH – Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed Decree No. 116/2023 imposing sanctions restrictions on 164 people and 85 companies from the Russian Federation.
The list included four-time Olympic swimming champion Alexander Popov, honorary president of the Russian Olympic Committee Vitaly Smirnov, two-time Olympic pole vault champion, Russian Olympic Committee executive committee member Elena Isinbayeva, businessman Yevgeny Prigozhin and his daughters Veronica and Polina, as well as Russian military Dmitry Utkin with the call sign “Wagner”.
Among the companies mentioned are the all-Russian public movements “People’s Front for Russia” and “Russian Red Cross”, the charitable foundation for helping people who find themselves in a difficult life situation “Gulfstream”, an autonomous organization non-profit organization to support humanitarian programs “Russian Humanitarian Mission”, LLC “Nicaea”, All-Russian Public Youth Organization “All-Russian Student Rescue Corps”, self-governing non-profit organization “House for Mom”.
