The volume of real estate transactions in the State of Qatar during the period from 19 to 23 February 2023 recorded about 901.81 million riyals. According to the monthly bulletin issued by the Ministry of Justice yesterday, the list of properties for sale included vacant lands, residences, residential buildings, a multi-use building, a commercial building, and a residential complex. Sales operations were concentrated in the municipalities of Al Daayen, Al Rayyan, Doha, Umm Salal, Al Wakra, Al Khor, Al Thakhira and Al Shamal. It is noteworthy that the volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice during the period from 12 to 16 February 2023 amounted to about 328.47 million riyals.
