The most favorable weather on International Women’s Day, March 8, is expected in southern Russia, as well as in Primorye, said Roman Vilfand, scientific director of the Hydrometeorological Center of Russia.
In a comment to RIA Novosti, he noted that in the Rostov region, in the Crimea and in the Krasnodar Territory, the temperature will reach 5 degrees Celsius.
It will be a little cooler in the Primorsky Krai – up to 10 degrees Celsius, Vilfand said.
