Mesaieed: the lowest islands at ten and 52 minutes in the evening. Al-Khor: The highest tide is at 4:30 in the morning.. and the lowest tide is at 7:52 in the evening. Al-Ruwais: The highest tide is at 5:15 in the morning.. and the lowest tide is at 11:39 in the evening. Dukhan: The highest tide is at 10:22 pm, and the lowest tide is at 4:24 am. The sun will rise, God willing, at five o’clock and 50 minutes.
