Today, His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, the Emir of Qatar, issued Emiri Order No. (3) of 2023 to form the Council of Ministers. The order stipulated that the Council of Ministers be formed as follows: 1- His Excellency Sheikh / Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs. 2- His Excellency Dr. Khalid bin Muhammad Al-Attiyah, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defense Affairs. 3- His Excellency Sheikh / Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, Minister of Interior. 4- His Excellency Mr. Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari, Minister of Finance. 5- His Excellency Mr. Jassim bin Saif bin Ahmed Al Sulaiti, Minister of Communications. 6- His Excellency Mr. Salah bin Ghanem Al-Ali, Minister of Sports and Youth. 7- Her Excellency Dr. Hanan bint Muhammad Al-Kuwari, Minister of Public Health. 8- His Excellency Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Turki Al-Subaie, Minister of Municipality. 9- His Excellency Mr. Saad bin Sherida Al Kaabi, Minister of State for Energy Affairs, member of the Council of Ministers. 10- His Excellency Mr. Ghanim bin Shaheen bin Ghanim Al Ghanim, Minister of Awqaf and Islamic Affairs. 11- His Excellency Sheikh / Mohammed bin Hamad bin Qasim Al-Abdullah Al-Thani, Minister of Commerce and Industry. 12- Her Excellency Mrs. Buthaina bint Ali Al-Jabr Al-Nuaimi, Minister of Education and Higher Education. 13- His Excellency Sheikh/ Abdul Rahman bin Hamad bin Jassim bin Hamad Al Thani, Minister of Culture. 14- His Excellency Mr. Masoud bin Mohammed Al Ameri, Minister of Justice. 15- His Excellency Sheikh Dr. Faleh bin Nasser bin Ahmed bin Ali Al Thani, Minister of Environment and Climate Change. 16- His Excellency Dr. Ali bin Saeed bin Samikh Al-Marri, Minister of Labor. 17- His Excellency Mr. Muhammad bin Ali bin Muhammad al-Mannai, Minister of Communications and Information Technology. 18- Her Excellency Mrs. Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser Al-Misned, Minister of Social Development and Family. 19- His Excellency Mr. Muhammad bin Abdullah bin Muhammad Al-Yousef Al-Sulaiti, Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs, member of the Council of Ministers.
The Amiri order stipulated that it be implemented from the date of its issuance, and that it be published in the Official Gazette.
