Qatar e-Government Portal (Hukoomi) clarified that the Administrative Control and Transparency Authority provides an easy and practical way to inquire about any complaint previously submitted.

Requirements for accepting a complaint. The authority provides direct communication channels with the public to receive their complaints about actions involving corruption and lack of integrity, and to take the necessary practical measures to verify these complaints, in coordination with the concerned authorities in the country.

The Authority receives complaints related to the entities subject to its oversight, namely: 1- Ministries, government agencies, agencies and subsidiaries of any of them. 2- Public bodies and institutions, entities and companies affiliated to any of them. 3- Private associations and institutions, and other entities that carry out work of public interest.

The Authority does not consider the following complaints: 1- Complaints brought before the judiciary or the Public Prosecution, or matters concerning which a judicial ruling has been issued. 2- Complaints related to grievances against administrative decisions. 3- Complaints that do not include specific facts that enable the Authority to verify its contents.

How to submit a complaint A complaint can be submitted by filling in the information on the Administrative Control website:

The personal data of the complainant will be requested for the purposes of the Authority’s internal use, bearing in mind that this data will be dealt with in complete confidentiality for the purposes of examining and verifying the complaint, and it will not be shared with the complainant without the authorization of the complainant.

The Authority may contact the complainant through the aforementioned data in order to verify the complaint or request additional information.
