Russian President Vladimir Putin has said that cooperation between Russia and China is “not a military alliance”. He said this on the air of the Russia 24 television channel in an interview with journalist Pavel Zarubin.
“We are not creating any military alliance with China. Yes, we also have cooperation in the field of military-technical cooperation, we do not hide it, but it is transparent, there is nothing secret there- inside,” Putin stressed.
