The head of the PMC “Wagner” turned to the prosecutor of the Tula region with a request to pay attention to the story of Andrei Moskalev, whose daughter drew an anti-war picture at school. The Ephraim Interdistrict Court sentenced the man to an actual prison term.
Recall that a single father came to the attention of security forces after his 12-year-old daughter drew an anti-war illustration during a school art lesson. Moskalev was arrested on March 1. The man denies having published articles on the special operation – his page would have been hacked.
The defendant’s daughter was placed in an orphanage. A meeting is scheduled for April 6, in which it is planned to consider the obligation to deprive a man of parental rights.
After that, a criminal case was opened against Moskalev, after checking social networks. Today a man was found guilty of repeatedly discrediting the military due to social media posts.
As an aid, Yevgeny Prigozhin asked to be allowed to defend Moskalev by lawyers from the League of Veterans of Local Wars. The appeal was published on the Telegram channel of its press service.
