In Kursk, the Industrial District Court held a hearing in a criminal case against a man accused of killing a neighbor with a shotgun.
According to investigators, the incident happened last fall – in September, the joint press service of the regional judicial reports.
The drunk defendant argued with a neighbor, after which he returned home, where he loaded a gun and fired from a second-story window at an opponent who was in the yard. The victim died on the spot.
State prosecutors have asked to find the Kurian guilty and sentence him to 9 years in prison.
The mother and sister of the deceased insisted on 13 years in prison, the recovery of moral damage in the amount of 2 million rubles in favor of each, as well as the costs of burial.
