Alexander Bazanov, a student of the 11th grade of school No. 45, for the first time did not distinguish himself at the All-Russian Olympiad. To succeed this time, he, like the other three hundred participants from 75 regions, had to complete three tasks – two written and one oral.
First, the guys wrote a quote-based essay on a historical topic, then they analyzed that historical source.
The second stage was like an exam: you had to answer in writing various questions about the story.
And finally, oral presentation. The student had to choose one text out of 20 and present the information obtained from this source.
The success of these tasks required knowledge of history, the ability to work with sources, to analyze information and to express one’s thoughts. Alexander did an excellent job with this, became the winner of the Olympiad, with which he congratulated in his Telegram Channel Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev.
