The son of the governor of Krasnoyarsk, Alexander Uss Artem, is in Russia. This information was confirmed to Zvezda by the press secretary of the head of the region Sergey Zyblev.
“Yes, I can confirm that,” he replied to the TV channel’s request to confirm that Artem Uss was in Russia.
When asked if there was any information on the man’s future plans, Zyblev replied, “Not yet.”
Earlier, Artem Uss, in an interview with RIA Novosti, said that he escaped from house arrest in Italy because he does not believe in fair justice and believes that the court has done proof of a “political commitment” towards it.
The son of the governor of Krasnoyarsk was arrested in Italy on March 23 for money laundering and evading sanctions by Washington. He was awaiting extradition to the United States. According to Italian media, Uss managed to evade arrest with false documents in a private jet.
