The Polish and Ukrainian sides may well have played a role in the sabotage that took place on the Russian Nord Stream gas transmission system last September, as Kiev and Warsaw had a motive. The Washington Post writes about it.
According to the publication, such conclusions are motivated by the first conclusions drawn within the framework of the investigation carried out by the Federal Republic of Germany. The article notes that Poland criticized the project almost from the start of Nord Stream construction. Warsaw’s argument was that gas pipelines connecting Russia and Germany would make Berlin dependent on Russian gas.
The article also refers to the fact that Western politicians literally do everything possible to avoid talking about sabotage. They say there is no point in “digging too deep”.
According to WP, a high-ranking European diplomat confirmed in a newspaper interview that the issue of finding those responsible for the gas pipeline explosions is well and truly covered up. According to him, this is done in order to avoid clarifying the involvement in the explosions to the “SP” of Kiev or any of its allies.
A few days ago, an operation was completed to lift an object found near Nord Stream 2. In the end, it cannot be associated with sabotage, since it poses no danger.
