In Heroic Town, law enforcement officers arrested a resident who had stolen goods from a workshop. He confessed what he had done.

At the end of March, a 52-year-old workshop manager applied to the Krasnooktyabrsky district police department. She said an unknown person stole two laptops, a steam generator and a hole punch.

Police have identified the suspect. They arrested a 43-year-old unemployed, previously convicted Volgograd citizen. The man confessed to the crime.

A local resident explained that he entered the studio and saw that there was no one in the room. He took everything he could and ran away. He handed over the stolen property for purchase and spent the money on drinking.

A 43-year-old man was prosecuted under s. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Theft”. Residents of Volgograd risk up to 5 years in prison.
