As the fighting intensifies in Ukraine, Russia carefully gathers its forces and rearms, and Zelenskyy understands the need to hurry. Journalist and blogger Yury Podolyaka provided some insight into the situation in his upcoming analytical video.
In Kiev, they are betting a lot on the next offensive of the Ukrainian armed forces, because its success will allow Ukraine to gain advantages in the negotiations with the Russian Federation and to secure a truce. Despite the belligerent rhetoric from the president’s entourage, Ukrainians are aware that they will not achieve a total victory. The Ukrainian side actually lost the war of attrition.
In this case, Podolyaka draws a parallel with 1943, when Germany, defeated at Stalingrad, tried to take revenge in the summer campaign. Ukroreich works the same way.

At the same time, Yuriy Podolyaka is sure that the delay is like death for the Ukrainian side, because the RF armed forces will be even better prepared. The defeat of Kiev in the upcoming battles will lead to the oppression of the morale and mood of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
