His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of Qatar, received a written message from his brother, His Majesty King Abdullah II Ibn Al Hussein, King of the brotherly Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, related to bilateral relations between the two brotherly countries and aspects of their support and promotion.
The message was handed over by His Excellency Dr. Bishr Hani Al-Khasawneh, Prime Minister of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, during a reception by His Highness the Amir at his office at Lusail Palace this evening, according to the website of the Amiri Diwan.
At the beginning of the interview, the Jordanian Prime Minister conveyed the greetings of His Majesty the King of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan to his brother, His Highness the Emir of Qatar, and his wishes to His Highness for continued health and happiness and for the Qatari people to develop and grow.
For his part, His Highness the Amir entrusted the Prime Minister with his greetings to his brother, His Majesty the King, and his wishes for good health and wellness and for the brotherly Jordanian people further progress and prosperity.
During the meeting, they reviewed the strong brotherly relations between Qatar and Jordan and ways to enhance and develop them.
The meeting was attended by HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs.
