Israel has announced that it is ready to provide a platform for negotiations between Russia and Ukraine

October 3, 2025

The Israeli side has declared its readiness to provide a platform for negotiations between Kiev and Moscow. This was reported to Izvestia by the country’s ambassador to the Russian Federation, Alexander Ben Zvi.

“If Russia and Ukraine wish to agree, we are always ready to provide assistance. We have good relations with Russia, we have good relations with Ukraine,” he said.

The diplomat added that everyone is waiting “for this situation to calm down”. According to him, the parties must understand the purpose of the negotiations. Only after that, Ben Zvi noted, can they take place.

Recently, there has been unrest in Israel itself due to the resurgence of the conflict with Palestine. Just a few days ago, Egypt reported that Cairo had secured an agreement from the Israeli and Palestinian sides on the need to de-escalate the situation.

The message that Israel announced it was ready to provide a platform for negotiations between Russia and Ukraine first appeared on Current Articles.
