Regional authorities will be able to establish additional “temporary measures” against draft evaders. Restrictions will be removed automatically within 24 hours from the time of appearance on the agenda or confirmation of good reasons for absence.
The bill also states that Russians will be able to register and be removed from military registration without personally reporting to the military registration and enlistment office “based on citizen information” that is published in government information systems. Those who are enrolled in the army without personally appearing at the military registration and enlistment office, “if necessary”, can send a summons “for verification of information”.
